Young people also call them inspiration, role modals and trendsetter and closely monitor their all activities which they show on their social media handals unknowing that it is consuming their valuable time and having an impact on their psychological well-being.

It enables remote work for women, allowing women to engage with people virtually and build their own community. The increase in women’s participation in and access to self-expression and decision-making via the media and new communication technologies empowers them in some respects.

Internet world is very glamourise, modern, attractive and stylish. But it is the only one side of social media world. Although we are not ignorant about the other side of it that how social media can ruin someone’s life to hell. Due to excessive consumption of useless information, it makes our decision making and thinking ability to acceptively very low level.

Cyberbullying is a term which is used to refer a situation when people repeatedly use words or actions against someone or a group of people to cause them mental distress and risk to their wellbeing. Cyberbullying can be triggered by homophobia, religion, caste, racism or misogyny. These actions are done by people who wants to make someone else feel less powerful, worthless or helpless.
2. Addiction
Whenever we see something which gives us stimulation of happiness for some time, it happens because of release of dopamine in our sub-conscious mind which gives us instant pleasure. And social media works in the same manner. It shows us the thinks which is of our interest. And the time when we start over consuming it , it becomes our addiction. Depression, anxiety, and a lack of productivity can result from this addiction. The decline in face-to-face communication makes us less confident, socially awkward and non-presentable in real life which is very harmful for human life.
3. Unrealistic expectation
One major danger of internet chicks is that they idealistic, happiest, picture-perfect life on social media which may be fake for the sake of their popularity, their relevance in public and for their so-called fame. But eventually their actions can create unrealistic examples among the people i.e. children, women or men. It may resist the youth to be accept their current life situation.
4. Health issues
We all are aware that social media affects our health in both ways; physically and mentally. Sitting only at one place makes our body lazy and inactive. It may cause to sudden weight gain. By not going in sunshine and natural air we are doing so injustice to our body and on our mental health. Left side of our brain is more logical and right side of our brain thinks creatively, but it we are not reprogramming our mind to avoid excessive access of social media it may result in poor decision making and thinking ability.

They can be a powerful tool for the brands to reach their potential customers. Internet chicks can have negative effect on young people, such as promoting habits or unrealistic body image.
